I feel blessed to have found Sarah Graham when I started looking for a personal trainer. When I initially started training with Sarah my goal was simple - Lose weight and look great in a wedding dress the following year. However, within a few months of training, my motivation and goals for health and fitness were completely different. I did lose the 25 pounds I wanted to, and I did have a great time shopping for my wedding dress, but more importantly Sarah transformed the way I viewed exercise, nutrition, and ultimately, myself. I learned to embrace the process of working out and finally understood that health and fitness is a journey that you have to commit to for a lifetime. Two and a half years later, Sarah continues to inspire me to live a healthy, active lifestyle. She pushes me to grow physically and mentally, and she has made me into a strong, well-balanced athlete. Before training with Sarah I was an avid marathoner. I had completed 5 marathons but was always battling different injuries. Since incorporating strength and balance work into my marathon training, I have not had a single running injury and I've become a stronger runner. I have shaved an hour and fifteen minutes off my previous marathon times and each time I cross the finish line she's the first one I thank for pushing me every week and keeping me focused on my goals.
