Semi Private personal training makes it possible for you and a friend, or other compatible partner that we team you with, to work toward your goals under the guidance of one personal trainer. The objective is to encourage you to exercise properly and achieve your goals with the fast pace and energy of a partner, and is available in our fitness center or at home. Your shared training sessions will be fun and motivational, and your results will be inspiring.

You do not need to have partners that share the exact same goal to get the great results and positive support and energy from semi private training. Sharing the time not only allows for a lower hourly you will still have proper guidance on technique, personal program designed specifically for you, and the comradarie that comes from working out with others.
