Sarah Graham Personal Trainer Biography
I have studied bodies in motion for most of my adult life. I have been fascinated with how we as humans move.
I started when I was just 16 years old as a swimming instructor in my home town, and continued teaching private swimming while attending college.

It is at this time that I realized how much I enjoyed teaching one-on-one. I took my knowledge of teaching and physiology of movement and applied it in the fitness field. I currently work as a private fitness trainer in San Jose, California.
I work with a variety of people from the advanced athlete to the first time gym goer who are challenging themselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually everyday. I create programs much like the one I have created for you in Personal Progress Fitness.
I work with them on their eating patterns and nutrition and motivate them to push past all emotional blocks that keep them from success. I am here to help you too!
